Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all users
("You" or "Your") of the services provided by
osto ("We", "Us", or "Our"),
accessible via osto.one (the "Platform"). By subscribing
to and using Our services, You agree to the terms outlined below.
Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase or
subscription.
1. Subscription Model
Our services
are billed on a per user, per month basis. Each active user
account is considered a billable seat. Subscription fees are
charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel Your subscription at any
time by following the instructions provided on the Platform or by
contacting Us at finance@osto.one.
- Cancellations will take
effect at the end of Your current billing cycle. You will continue
to have access to the services until the end of the paid
period.
- No further charges will be applied after the
effective cancellation date.
3. Refund Policy
- We
offer a 14-day risk-free period for new subscribers. If You are
not satisfied with Our services, You may request a full refund
within 14 days of Your initial purchase by contacting Us at
finance@osto.one.
- After the 14-day risk-free period, all
payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
or as otherwise stated in this Policy.
- Refunds will not be
provided for partial months of service, unused user accounts, or
downgrades during an active billing period.
- In the event of
a proven technical failure or service outage caused by Us that
materially impacts Your use of the Platform, You may be eligible
for a pro-rated refund for the affected period, subject to Our
review and approval.
4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside of the standard policy (e.g., due to
extenuating circumstances) will be reviewed on a case-by-case

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the
criteria outlined in this Policy.
5. How to Request a
Cancellation or Refund
- To cancel Your subscription or
request a refund, please email finance@osto.one with Your account
details and reason for cancellation or refund.
- Refunds, if
approved, will be processed to the original payment method within
7-14 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We
may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be
posted on osto.one and will become effective immediately upon
posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes
constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is intended to be
applicable to users globally. We strive to comply with all

provisions of local law, the local law will prevail to the extent
required.
